The Natal poster is probably the simplest of all posters of the World Cup.

Natal is one of the poorest host cities of the Cup (see comparison), and probably could not afford to invest much on the poster.

Besides, during the period of creation of the poster, Natal faced a financial and political crisis (which culminated in the impeachment of the Mayor).

The poster shows, in the foreground, a man with open arms to salute the World Cup ball.

In the background, photos of the two most important landmarks in Natal: the Morro do Careca Hill and the Fortress of the Wise Kings.
