For years, while travelling around the world working as a photographer, the chef Tadeu Lubambo accumulated experiences of diverse cuisines, like European, Asian, Mexican and others; today, Mr. Lubambo applies his experiences in what he calls a cuisine "exotic of contemporaneous fusion".
Every night, he serves six different courses, which change in accordance with the availability of fresh ingredients. A description of the courses would include words like shrimps, lobster, oysters, mangoes, spicy cashew honey, cointreau and more.
Mr. Lubambo starts the ritual by conducting a tour around the restaurant; guests are introduced to the high-tech kitchen: a small four-mouth cooker, and two helping cooks: High and Tech. He explains the composition of each plate, before serving them. The ritual starts at 9:15pm sharp and ends at 2:15am.
